Pricing Information

VASTS Training is subscription-based with unlimited user training per subscription. Each account has a renewal date which is the annual date that subscriptions end.

User Subscriptions

First-year user subscriptions: $60 (annual)
Renewing user subscriptions: $30 (annual)

A user subscription includes unlimited training on all VASTS HIPAA modules and minimum of 6 year storage of training certificates received.

Administrator Subscriptions

Administrator subscription: $100 (annual)

The administrator fee includes unlimited training for the account administrator and access to the VASTS Administrative Control Panel. A minimum of one administrator subscription is required for each account; additional administrators can be set up for $100 each.

Pro-Rating Information

When you already have an account and need to add new users, subscription fees are pro-rated quarterly from the account renewal date:

• 1st quarter - 0% discount
• 2nd quarter - 25% discount
• 3rd quarter - 50% discount
• 4th quarter - 75% discount

Payment & Subscription Terms

Invoices are billed net 15. Credit card payment is encouraged; a free additional month is included for both initial and renewing subscriptions when payment is made with credit card.

Special Pricing Information

• Large Accounts - Special discounts available for accounts with more than 100 users. Contact VASTS for details.
• Volunteers - FREE training for all unpaid volunteers.
• Credit Card Payment Deal - One additional month's subscription is provided free with credit card payment.
• State Organizations - Discounts may be available through your state professional association. Contact VASTS or your state organization for more information.
