President and CEO

Mark Hutchinson brings sharp focus on fiscal responsibility, project delivery, and partnerships to VASTS as President and CEO. Mr. Hutchinson has 20 years of hands-on software engineering experience and has worked for Microsoft, Intel, and Merant. Mr. Hutchinson is also CEO and a founder of VisionSite Corporation, a company which has provided Internet solutions to the medical industry since 1999.

Richard Busby, JD, CCNA

Training Content Development

Richard Busby brings over 20 years experience in law and over 10 years experience in computer networks and security to VASTS. Mr. Busby consults nationally with health care entities on HIPAA Privacy compliance, using a solution-oriented approach and providing the necessary tools to become HIPAA compliant. Mr. Busby's developed the HIPAA training material for VASTS utilizing his expert knowledge in HIPAA compliance requirements.
