How It Works
There are five easy steps to getting your staff started training with VASTS.
- Signup for a new account: You can do this online at www.vasts.com/signup
or by contacting VASTS by email at newaccount@vasts.com
or toll-free at 866.525.9500.
- Login to the ACP: Your office's training administrator will be sent
the necessary information to login to the Administrative
Control Panel (ACP).

- Set up your training: Your office's training administrator can login
to the ACP to:
- Set up users.
- Import your office's own HIPAA documents.
- Access sample HIPAA documents provided by VASTS.
- Assign training as needed for the job roles in your office.
- Follow up and track your staff's training progress.
- Staff members notified: Your staff members receive their login information
and can immediately access the online training area.
- Begin training: Staff members login
to the training system at their convenience. A certificate for each module
completed can be printed out directly from the training area.
